My name is Michael Griz, and I'm a single father of two boys. We're starting up a family business doing something we love and working together to achieve our goals.

Our company is called FlyThree LLC. It's a sports apparel, custom logo and clothing business. The name FlyThree has a significant meaning for us. We chose "Fly" because the sky is the limit for my boys, their goals and ambitions. And "Three" because it's the 3 of us working together, and we all wear #3 on our football teams.

I've worked most of my life in finance, and have a business background, so clothing is very different for me. BUT I want to teach Aiden and Caleb about real-life business basics by doing something they find appealing. They will learn soft skills like communication, time management, and problem-solving, but also marketing concepts, supply and demand and accounting basics. It's important for them to take an idea, create a plan and then execute it.

Aiden - "My name is Aiden Griz. I'm 13 years old and my hobbies include playing sports, video games and piano. My favorite team is the Dallas Cowboys and my favorite player is CeeDee Lamb. I also like the Mets and Rangers. When I grow up I want to join the Marine Corps. My favorite thing about FlyThree is the cool logo and starting to work on something. My least favorite is my dad showing me excel."

Caleb - "I'm 8 years old and I love drawing, Roblox, soccer and the Dallas Cowboys. My favorite athletes are Ronaldo and Zeke Elliott. My favorite thing about FlyThree is trying to make money and save it.
