Hi, I’m Michael Griz, a single father to two incredible boys. Together, we’re building FlyThree LLC, a family-owned activewear and lifestyle brand rooted in passion, purpose, and collaboration.

The name FlyThree holds special meaning for us: “Fly” reflects limitless ambition for my sons’ futures, and “Three” represents the three of us working together as a team.

After a career in finance, transitioning into the apparel industry has been an exciting new challenge — and an opportunity to teach Aiden and Caleb real-world business skills. Through FlyThree, they are learning communication, time management, problem-solving, marketing, supply-and-demand, and accounting fundamentals. Most importantly, they are gaining hands-on experience in turning ideas into action.
